六、 課程概述:
(Course Description)
本課程之設計為延續碩士班成人護理組核心課程成人衛生護理特論(一),藉由批判性分析與廣泛文獻、研究、與相關概念的閱讀,以及講述、分組討論、個別口頭與書面報告的方式,著重以理論為基礎的護理,進而探討重要的成人衛生護理理論與護理措施的哲學與概念架構,如理論架構圖,以認識護理措施的臨床實務與研究議題,如護理措施的設計、執行、與分析。旨在培養學生具備統整理論、研究與實務三方面知識的能力,以促進、維持、和重整成人個案的健康。

(Course Objectives)
At the completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Identify theories or models as a framework in which to design nursing interventions in care of adult clients. (進階專業健康照護能力).
2. Articulate the conceptual bases, scope, and application of theories or models identified. (批判思考與實務決策)
3. Review and evaluate specific nursing interventions in light of the related, existent state of the science. (批判思考與實務決策)
4. Design a nursing intervention program based on evidence to initiate the change in care of adult clients. (批判思考與實務決策)
5. Analyze the impact of illness on the client and their families from a social, psychological, physical, spiritual, and economic perspective through advanced nursing assessment and review of literature, research, and concepts. (進階專業健康照護能力,批判思考與實務決策,多元文化服務,關懷,溝通合作,終身學習)
6. Present the theories/models guiding interventions with colleagues and demonstrate modest attitude and the ability of confidence and choice. (進階專業健康照護能力,關懷,終身學習)

*附註:若在學期期間,班級受到疫情或其他重大事件影響,本學科因應停課預備計畫如下:
◎停課及補課措施∼
(一)學生個別居家隔離時
1. 請儘速以e-mail主動與授課教師、科目負責教師、與班長聯繫,說明個人健康與隔離情形。並與授課教師討論個人學習進度,以及缺課的補救替代方案。
2. 本課程設有專屬網路學園,相關講義與文獻閱讀均張貼於上,被隔離同學請在健康情形允許的情況下,自行上網下載講義、繳交作業等,並參與線上討論。
(二)全班或全校停課時
1. 請班長掌握全班同學的健康狀況與所在位置,依照規定向學校與科目負責教師報告。
2. 授課教師將與班長保持聯繫,透過電話、與e-mail瞭解同學們之居家學習狀況。
3. 若因教師或同學須隔離而造成全班或全校停課時,授課教師會重新依課程進度安排居家學習方式。例如:本學科的課程規劃內容中,涵蓋Lecture, Group discussion, Presentations, Case analysis的活動;為避免因停課而中斷學習,會將教學計畫之進度改變;事先利用學生資訊系統電子講義上傳提供授課大綱及自我學習指引,派發書面講義及作業;並視情況繳交書面報告的方式進行。
4. 復課後之補課方式
授課教師將討論停課期間書面作業,協助同學瞭解停課期間在家自我學習成效,視需求安排補課時間;除一般上課方式外,利用電子講義提供授課大綱及自我學習指引,若週一至週五期間無法挪出補課時間,利用課餘時間補足進度,必要時得視情況調整學期結束日期。

1. Assignments (50%)
a. Brief intervention report: please refer evaluation criteria (20%)
(1) In-school presentation (5%)
(2) In-hospital presentation (10%)
(3) In-hospital written information paper/brochure (5%)
b. Complete intervention report: with guiding theory paper (30%):
(1) Oral presentation (10%): please refer evaluation criteria.
(2) Written Report (20%): please refer evaluation criteria
2. Weekly reading reports (15%): Late reports will not be accepted.
3. Participation (35%)
a. In-class reading or experience sharing (10%)
b. In-class constructive Feedback Offering (15%)
c. On-line discussions (10%)
4. Attendance policy (-5%/each): Unexcused absences or late without prior getting permission from the class instructor will result to a deduction of 5 points from the total grade.
