先修科目為「營養學」,成績60分 配合課程進度做各種疾病飲食之設計與實際製備,課程中並針對設計及製備過程中發生之問題做討論並改進,希望學生能將理論與實際配合。 |

配合課程進度做各種疾病飲食之設計與實務製備,包括有關腸道及靜脈營養、各種疾病(高血壓,高血脂,腎臟病、腸胃消化道、代謝異常等疾病)的飲食治療餐食的製作,課程中並針對設計及製備過程中發生之問題做討論並改進。 |
