六、 課程概述: (Course Description) |
先修科目為「營養學」,成績60分。 介紹各種腸道及靜脈營養、腸胃消化道、代謝異常疾病及平衡燒傷等情形對營養素消化吸收代謝上之影響、及飲食治療之原理原則,是一門涵蓋生理、生化、營養學的科學。同時配合課程進度做各種疾病飲食之設計與實務製備,課程中並針對設計及製備過程中發生之問題做討論並改進。 |

讓學生了解各種疾病 營養學理,以及飲食調配學理與營養治療之原理原則,使學生將來有能力在各醫療院所從事飲食營養指導工作。 |
