六、 課程概述:
(Course Description)
本課程將銜接並持續於提昇學生的英文閱讀理解能力。在識讀能力方面, 以講授修辭、複合、複雜句為主; 另外,將教授適量的新單字與片語,其重點在於字源與典故的探討。至於閱讀技巧將著重意譯、預習、分類、比較與對照、整合、分析、分佈圖、預測、及對照表等項目之教授與練習。

(Course Objectives)
This course features the specialized reading skills applied to social studies, science, and mathematics readings, as well as literature. Students will read content area texts.
The basis of reading comprehension is illstruction in and reinforcement of the specialized skills needed to understand each type of material that students are asked to read in school and daily life.To activate learner’s English learning interest, and to build up his word and reading power.
